Sure, you think you've seen this type of murder mystery before. A cast of eccentric characters meet at a mansion, only to become suspects of a murder that a singular genius detective will eventually solve. But what happens when all the suspects are the detectives? Sherlock Holmes, Nancy Drew, Miss Marple, and Batman are just a few of the guests. Too Many Detectives at the Murder Mansion is a whodunnit that will leave you laughing and guessing right until the very end—and there are three different endings we will choose from - each show will have a different ending!
This family friendly murder mystery comedy will be in the LVISD Auditorium:

To ensure your child receives the care they need at school, please complete and return the Health-Related Services Consent Form ASAP!
📄 Texas law (SB 12) now requires written parental consent before school staff can provide any health-related services.
❗Without this consent, we cannot:
-Evaluate illness or injury
-Administer first aid
-Monitor chronic or acute conditions
-Coordinate health services
-Conduct state-required screenings (vision, hearing, scoliosis, etc.)
📬 Forms were sent home with students—check those backpacks! 🏫✏️
✅ Sign and return the form immediately to avoid delays in care.

The 89th Texas Legislature recently passed Senate Bill 12, which requires school districts to notify parents and guardians of staff services related to mental health. This law also provides parents/guardians the opportunity to opt out before any mental health-related services are provided to their child.
To comply with this requirement, La Vernia ISD is providing families with the Notice of Consent for School Counseling form.
This form must be completed online using the link provided below
Consent given through this form is effective for the current school year unless rescinded earlier.
A separate form must be completed for each student enrolled in La Vernia ISD.
