Join us in welcoming Krista Schultze, the newest member of our LVISD family! 🎉 She's joining us as the Coordinator of CTE & CCMR, and she couldn't be more excited! 😍 Krista brings with her 15 years of experience in education, including 8 years as a teacher and 7 years as a school counselor. 📚 She's all about helping students reach their full potential and has worked directly with them to create personalized four-year plans that align with their goals for the future. 🚀 Now, she's teaming up with our amazing CTE and Advanced Academic teachers to continue providing our students with the tools they need to be college, career, and/or military ready. 🎓 We are so lucky to have her on board and can't wait to see all the great things she'll do for our district! 🐻

💙🐻 La Vernia ISD wants to recognize our Superintendent for the Day, Aubrie Morehead! 🎉 This fifth grader from LV Intermediate campus took over the reins for the day at La Vernia ISD and boy, did she rock it! 👩💼 From attending important meetings with Dr. Cone to touring the entire district, Aubrie did it all with confidence and enthusiasm. 📚🍎With over fifteen years of dedicated service in the field of special education, Johanna Hagen has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring that every student receives the support and resources they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Prior to joining La Vernia ISD, Johanna Hagen held various leadership positions in special education administration, where she developed and implemented innovative programs and initiatives to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. 🏫
