Parent/Guardian Concern Flow Chart

In LVISD, we are eager to address all parent concerns and seek to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that our campuses are a crucial part of this process, and concern resolution is most effective when it begins and concludes at the campus level. This process begins with reaching out to your student’s teacher, counselor, or program coordinator, as they have direct and daily contact with your student and best understand how to address his/her needs quickly.
