COVID-19 Closure FAQs

  • How will students with IEPs or Section 504 Plans be provided services during Distance Learning?

  • Does the provision of FAPE require a district to implement the student’s IEP exactly as written for Traditional (face to face) instruction during Distance Learning?

  • Are technology devices available for check out to ensure students have access to accommodations, assistive technology, communication apps and Dyslexia Instruction?
