All Campuses – No Charging Breakfast

All Campuses – No Charging a la carte items

No Cash back from check payments.

Bonus Meals DO NOT roll over from one school year to the next.

Money in students accounts WILL roll over from school year to the next.

Checks for lunch account prepays need to be written in blue or black ink.

Primary/Intermediate – Charging limit of meals is $10.00

Alternative meal at $15.00

A call will be made to a parent before an alternative meal is provided.

Jr. High/High School – Charging limit of meals is $5.00

An alternative meal is offered one time after that.

It is the responsibility of the student to let their parent know when their account is getting low.

If a student has a charge on account, any money collected will be put towards the charge first. The computer automatically does this.

It is the responsibility of the parent to pay any charges in a timely manner. Phone calls will be made before an alternative meal is offered. Every child has the right to deny accepting the alternative meal.

Any correspondences, please write your child's name and account number on the envelope and or check. These must come to the cashier a each campus and not to the front offices.

A full meal is the best deal. A reimbursable meal must include an entrée, up to three choices of sides and or a milk. There is no substitution for milk, so if a child does not choose to take it, it can not be replaced with another item.
